Dear Harfield Villagers,

After months of work behind the scenes, we are pleased to make the long-awaited announcement that

the official launch of the HVCID is the 1st of April 2015.

There’s no need to be concerned about April Fool’s, because, as you may have noticed, there are already 2 ADT patrol vehicles, sporting the HVCID logo, on the streets of Harfield. We have also invited those who’ve shown interest, to a Street Captain meeting on Tuesday, 24 March 2015. We will also be available at the Harfield Village carnival on Saturday 28 March to answer all your questions.

• If dual, who manages the Hub?

• If dual, who finances the Hub and salary of the manager?

• If dual, how are the different radio frequencies controlled in the Hub?

• If dual, then the providers need to fund it equally.

The process had been

The Harfield Village Community Improvement District (HVCID) is coming together – albeit slowly.
There has been a lot going on in the background.
We are trying to find a workable solution with both ADT and Princeton as the service providers. There have been a number of meetings between our steering committee and the security companies to iron out the details.
In the meantime you can sign up to be a part of the HVCID under the Join us tab on this website
